Teri Bedard BA, RT (R)(T), CPC is the Executive Director, Client & Corporate Resources for Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies. She is a frequent speaker and author for nationally recognized professional organizations and publications. Teri’s areas of expertise include assisting clients in the areas of billing and reimbursement for physicians, hospitals outpatient and vendor technology, monitoring government regulatory information, and seeking new business opportunities. Teri works with cancer centers, hospitals, and physician practices across the US, as well as commercial payers, healthcare vendors, and benefit management companies to provide reimbursement information, assessments, education, and operational improvements. Teri has worked in healthcare, predominantly radiation oncology, for over 20 years. Her responsibilities included direct patient care, student instruction, and management. Teri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She is also nationally certified as a Radiologic Technologist and Radiation Therapist receiving training at Mayo School of Health-Related Sciences at Rochester MN, and Fairview University-Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Teri is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
