Greetings to all Radiation Oncology Leaders!
It’s hard to believe we are coming upon our third annual American College of Radiation Oncology SEAL’s (Sharing Excellence Among Leaders) Conference. This year, we continue to have some of the best and brightest presenters from around the globe, touching on a wide variety of topics, with lots of small-group discussion, including:
- Organizational Adaptations for the Future
- Strategy, Workforce Transitions and Employee Retention
- Implementations and Creating Dynamic Programs
- Quality
The conference will continue to use a unique format with short presentations followed by round table discussions with your peers. It is an opportunity to not only learn from some of the leaders in our discipline, but also share what you have done to enhance your own practice, all in an engaging environment for optimal learning. This is not your typical conference, but we promise you that you will leave with a renewed energy to take on the challenges that you face every day, and new relationships to collaborate with in the future.
